Project Management

Project Management is the specifying, monitoring and control of construction projects. The intention of the Project Manager is to take the stress away from the client. The expert building knowledge of the Project Manager will help ensure the client achieves a level of finish with minimum difficulty.

The Chartered Building Surveyor, (Project Manager) carries professional indemnity insurance for consultancy services. Where the client requires a design input, we use our partner to achieve CAD drawings including 3D imagery.

Benefits of using a Project Manager/Chartered Surveyor:

Reduces the stress of dealing with contractors, especially if the client does not understand the procedures and processes involved.

Time saving if the client has a full-time job or simply does not want to get involved with the day to day running of the project.

Avoid disputes over payments at different stages of the project.

Our impartiality to monitor projects rather than rely on a builder’s design and build capabilities! We also use the most appropriate contractor for the project not just any jobbing builder.

Of course, if the project budget is small and localised repairs or maintenance is required then a different approach might be required, such as using our building consultancy services.
