Faultless Service

Craig has just carried out the second Home Buyer’s survey for us and we can not fault his service. We originally requested a Building survey, however after some discussion Craig actually advised us that the Home Buyer’s survey would be fine for the property we were purchasing - This just goes to show that it’s not all about the money, but instead about providing and amazing service to his customers. The phone call following the survey was extremely useful and it was easy to converse with Craig.
I wholeheartedly recommend Craig’s service and would definitely use him again in the future

“This company were the third to contact us from my initial quotations list however, they were very professional and offered a great service which is why we opted for them above the others. They did not call instead emailing us allowing us to take our time in choosing the right surveyor for us. They also provided examples of previous surveys in their initial email and clear breakdowns of costs involved.
